Lofbergs Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Lofbergs UK (“the Promoter”) in partnership with Bageriet London. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
• Employees of Lofbergs UK, Bageriet London, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• The winner must be able to visit Bageriet in London to redeem the prize.

3. Giveaway Period

• The giveaway opens on Thursday 6^th March and closes at Thursday 13 March 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:
  • Like the giveaway post.
  • Follow @bageriet_london & @lofbergsuk on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as an entry).
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• One entry per person.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a fika experience for two at Bageriet London (including Swedish pastries and coffee up to a value of £30) and a 1kg bag of Lofbergs Brazil coffee for both the winner and their tagged friend.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be announced on Monday 17^th March and contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram.
• The winner must respond within [48 hours] to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in a new winner being drawn.

7. Disqualification

• Entries using bots, fake accounts, or spam comments will be disqualified.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates Instagram’s guidelines or these terms.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data will only be used for administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. General Terms

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms.
