Coffee Machine Service and Maintenance

As a full service coffee company we have 10 years’ experience in coffee machine service and maintenance. We always make sure our customers are properly looked after, from the one-off phone call to regular visits to make sure your machine is producing the best coffee. Because every business is different, your delivery, maintenance and repair contract will be tailored to your individual needs and adhered to by us. And if your situation changes and you need the contract tweaked, that’s fine by us.

Sometimes, things go wrong

Like you, we want to avoid ‘no coffee available’ situations. After all, when people need a coffee, they need a coffee! So our Field Engineers are fully equipped with knowledge, tools and spare parts to repair or replace your machines within 24 hours. So no waiting around – just a speedy onsite rescue service.

However, they do say prevention is key, so we offer a regular machine maintenance schedule to suit you, which will help keep things running smoothly.

Order and Delivery

As a full service coffee company we believe in only making promises when we know we can keep them. So when we promise to deliver your goods the day after you order, stick to the maintenance schedule and repair faults within 24 hours, you can rest assured it’ll be honoured.

‘Leave it to us’ operated sites

If you’d rather not have to think about keeping your machines clean and full of beans, we offer an full operated coffee service whereby our patrol people keep machines stocked up and spotless, inside and out. They’ll also spot and fix faults, or call out an engineer if needed.

So as well as supplying a full selection of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, sugars, crockery and the latest consumer crazes, we can also provide A-boards, loyalty cards, barista training and 100 years’ experience to help make your business more profitable.
